Orbital Referral Partners

Help growing businesses build stronger operating systems.

When you encounter a business struggling with founder dependency, unclear ownership, inconsistent processes, or limited operational visibility, introduce them to Orbital. We'll handle the conversation, serve the client well, and reward you when the relationship becomes a success.

No quotas. No cold selling. Just thoughtful introductions when Orbital is genuinely a good fit.

A natural extension of the work you already do.

Advisors often see operational problems before a business is prepared to name them. A founder may be overwhelmed by decisions. A leadership team may lack reliable processes. Growth may be exposing gaps in accountability, reporting, or execution.

Orbital gives you somewhere trusted to send those companies. You make the introduction. Our team conducts discovery, identifies the operational need, and recommends the appropriate combination of assessment, consulting, implementation, or software.

01

Create more value

Give clients and professional connections access to deeper operational support without expanding your own service offering.

02

Protect the relationship

Orbital handles every referral with care, transparency, and respect for the trust you have already established.

03

Share in the growth

Receive a referral commission when an introduced company becomes a paying Orbital client.

Know a company experiencing any of these?

  • The founder remains involved in nearly every important decision.
  • Roles exist, but ownership and decision authority remain unclear.
  • Processes depend on memory, individual experience, or scattered documents.
  • Leadership cannot easily see which parts of the operation are healthy.
  • Customer delivery becomes less consistent as volume increases.
  • Projects and priorities frequently lose momentum after meetings.
  • The company has outgrown its current tools or management habits.
  • Leaders know something operationally is wrong but do not know where to begin.

Orbital is best suited for growing, founder-led or founder-dependent organizations that need more structure without unnecessary bureaucracy.

How it works

A simple, transparent referral process.

  1. 1

    Apply

Tell us about your work, your clients, and the businesses you typically advise.

  2. 2

    Make an introduction

When you identify a good fit, introduce the company by email or through your partner referral link.

  3. 3

    Orbital takes it from there

We conduct discovery, demonstrate the platform, develop the proposal, and manage the relationship.

  4. 4

    You get rewarded

When the referred company becomes a paying client, you receive an agreed percentage of eligible collected revenue.

You are always welcome to remain involved in the conversation, but you are never expected to act as an Orbital salesperson.

Partnership terms

Clear expectations from the beginning.

15%

of eligible first-year revenue collected from an approved referral, attributed to you for 90 days after the introduction.

  • Commissions are paid only after Orbital receives payment from the client.
  • Canceled, refunded, disputed, or unpaid amounts are not commissionable.
  • The prospect must not already be an active Orbital opportunity or client.
  • Partners cannot negotiate pricing, offer discounts, or make commitments on Orbital's behalf.
  • Final terms are confirmed in a written referral partner agreement.

The Orbital Referral Partner Program is an independent referral arrangement. It does not create an employment, agency, franchise, or legal partnership relationship. Program acceptance and referral eligibility are subject to Orbital approval.
