Terms of Service
Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orbital OS, provided by Orbital Operations Group. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
01Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must verify your email address before you can sign in. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
02Plans, trials, and billing
Every new organization starts with a 7-day free trial of OS Pro. No credit card is required to begin, and when the trial ends the organization moves to the Free plan.
OS Pro ($199/month) is billed per organization in advance through our payments processor. Enterprise and Consulting are custom engagements with pricing agreed directly with our sales team. Prices are in USD and exclusive of any applicable taxes.
You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds except where required by law.
03Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse engineer the platform, disrupt other users, or use it for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for the content and data you submit and for ensuring you have the right to use it.
04Intellectual property
The service, including its software, design, and content we provide, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the service.
You retain all rights to the operational data you enter. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service to you.
05Disclaimers
Orbital OS provides operational assessments and recommendations for informational purposes. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or business advice, and you remain responsible for your decisions.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service.
07Changes and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
